Urvil has worked for over 20 years in roles spanning capital markets, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and general management. He holds a B.E from NIT Durgapur and a PGPM in Finance and Strategy from IIM Indore. Having worked in India and Singapore, he has a deep understanding of the requirements and nuances of managing wealth through different stages in life both for NRIs and resident Indians. His expertise lies in investment strategies, social security plans, tax optimization and insurance across multiple jurisdictions, especially in Australia, India, Singapore, and the US.

Urvil put his passion to practice with advising family and friends on personal finance. It was then that he realized that while everyone wanted to multiply their wealth, they often lacked the expertise to do so. In addition to this, mis-selling of financial products by advisors was rampant and this hampered conflict-free advice that was really in the interest of the investor.

Determined to make a difference, Urvil became a CFP ® (Certified Financial Planner) professional and founded Samriddhi – a fee-only, conflict-free wealth management practice registered with and regulated by SEBI. What sets Samriddhi apart from other players in the industry is Urvil’s commitment to steer clear of investment product sales and provide well-researched and transparent advice to those who wish to plan their wealth the right way to fulfil their aspirations.
